I climbed up high on the side of the Columbia river gorge with these plywood panels. I thought it might be interesting to take a lot of pictures of my progress as I worked in this painting.
I have been camped out in southern Washington working on painting, helping in the garden, cleaning up drywall messes, and just looking around.
Across the Columbia river you could see the fire burning. Huge columns of smoke during the day and at night you could watch the frames butting. We drive done the road every night to gape at it’s progress across over the mountains.
